On Tuesday Jan. 16 23 my washer overflowed due to a frozen drain pipe and water ran to the downstairs shorting out my security system. It was a big mess. Kenny at BR was quick to send Tom out to help me out. He was here promptly and spent considerable time investigating and remediating my issue. I have used BR Plumbing for nearly 20 years now and they have taken wonderful care of this senior citizen. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

I contacted BR based on a referral from a friend in the construction industry. I needed to remove and replace a Swiss kitchen faucet similar to the existing unit. It required someone who had experience in the idiosyncrasies of European plumbing fittings. Kenny contacted me to review and set up an appointment for a particular day, received confirmation follow-ups, and Caleb and Josh showed up on time. The unit did require some specific fittings. Caleb did an excellent job, and he was a good problem solver. Site was left clean, billing was straightforward, and reasonable. I would not hesitate to refer them.

AC technician Liam was dispatched to repair our AC condenser unit. He was on time, professional and took the time to explain the process of the repair. He made the repair successfully and was very thorough as he re-charged the unit and completed all the necessary tests as he re-activated the system.
