We had a great experience with BR Plumbing! We had a toilet leak that we thought we fixed ourselves…. 2 weeks later, its back. Plus we had a shower leak. We had never hired a plumber before (first time house owners). The guys were easy to contact, very friendly, and had us booked in as soon as possible. Caleb came to our house in the morning. He was super friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to our issues and then later explained how he fixed everything for us. He even showed us pictures of the issues and repair. When he left, there was no sign that all this work was done, everything was very clean. We couldn’t be happier with this experience. We’ll definitely call them again if we have any issues. I 100% recommend their services.

Furnace failed after hours on a cold Sunday night in January. The team at BR sprang into action and a tech on site and my board replaced in a few hours. Everyone from dispatch to the technician on site was professional and great to deal with.

Our furnace broke down middle of the night on the coldest day of the year….they were here in an hour (and out of their normal service radius). Courteous and professional in every way and absolutely HONEST. They saved me money with their honesty (really didn’t need to replace a certain component even though it was scheduled and quoted) ; and when you aren’t an expert in the field, an honest opinion is worth its weight in GOLD. Team did a great job replacing the hot water tank. Cleaned up after the job was done and you couldn’t tell they had worked in the area.
