What is the importance of maintaining my air conditioning unit?

Does BR Plumbing offer any maintenance plans?
Yes we do! BR Plumbing has different plans depending on the type and size of unit. All of our maintenance plans include priority response time and yearly scheduled maintenance. Ask our technicians what the best plan is for you during your next maintenance appointment.
What does your air conditioner maintenance include?
Our maintenance services include:
- Blower Motor – measure amperage/voltage
- Thermostat – test for proper operation
- Clean existing air filter (as needed)
- Bearing – inspect for wear and lubricate
- Inspect indoor coil
- Condensate Drain – flush / treat with anti-algae
- Inspect and clean Condenser Coil
- Test/inspect contactors
- Inspect electrical for exposed wiring
- Inspect and test capacitors
- Inspect fan blade
- Clean condenser coil and remove debris
- Inspect service valves for proper operation
- Measure Supply/Return temp differential

Very pleased with the results of the service call from the initial request.
AC technician Liam was dispatched to repair our AC condenser unit. He was on time, professional and took the time to explain the process of the repair. He made the repair successfully and was very thorough as he re-charged the unit and completed all the necessary tests as he re-activated the system. Very pleased with the results of the service call from the initial request and discussion with Kenny to the excellent service of Liam!
